Can you take pets from multiple photos and combine them into one painting?

Yes. It helps if the subjects in the photos are shot with similar lighting and in the same direction so that the shadows lineup. Please refer to the Ordering Process page for additional details on photo selection.

 

Can I mail you a photo rather than e-mailing you a JPEG?

What type of materials do you use?

Paintings are in oil paint on canvas. The canvas is museum wrapped which means they are 1.5” deep. I paint to the edges, giving you the option not to frame the painting.

 

Do I have to frame this?

The edges are painted, so they do not require framing.

 

Can you do a rush order and delivery?

Yes. I can expedite the process depending on my current workload. The fastest I can finish a painting would be a couple of days, but paintings take a few days to dry too. Rush orders are subject to an additional fee of 15% of the total.  

 

Do you ship all states and outside of the United States?

Yes. For shipping inside the 48 contiguous states, shipping cost will be given at the time of ordering. For shipping outside the 48 contiguous states, please contact me for an estimate.

 

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes. You can get gift certificates in any denomination. No cash refunds. Gift Certificates act as a debit card.  The recipient can elect to apply it towards any painting size. They will be e-mailed to you, or they can be mailed.  Please contact me for more details. 

 

Will you be using my pet's painting to promote or market BFF Pet Paintings?

Yes. I have the right to reproduce and use your pet’s artwork to promote BFF Pet Paintings.

 

Can I use your artwork or reproductions of the painting I order for personal or commercial use?

No. BFF Pet Paintings retains the reproduction rights on all of my original artwork. You must receive written consent if you wish to use the painting for commercial use. You may use your artwork for personal reasons (e.g.. posting to Facebook).
